NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

AMENDMENT TO ORDINANCE 682, AN ORDINANCE ESTABLISHING ZONING REGULATIONS FOR THE CITY OF MILBANK, SOUTH DAKOTA

The Milbank Planning Commission and City Council will hold a public hearing on Monday, February 28, 2022 at 6:00 p.m at the City of Milbank City Office, 1001 E 4th Ave, Milbank, SD 57252. Any interested person may attend and comment on proposed Ordinance 842 An Ordinance Amending Ordinance 682, An Ordinance Establishing Zoning Regulations for the City of Milbank, as amended. All persons interested in this matter may attend and be heard before the Planning Commission and City Council during said hearing. The Planning Commission may recommend denial or approval of Ordinance 842, with or without amendment. Further, the City Council will have the first reading of Ordinance 842. The proposed zoning ordinance and map will be made available for public inspection. The proposed Zoning Ordinance and Zoning Map are available for public inspection at the City of Milbank City Office (Planning and Zoning Department) during regular business hours.
