NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING APPLICATION FOR SPECIAL ALCOHOL LICENSES
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the City Council of the City of Milbank, Grant County, South Dakota, will meet on Monday, April 13, 2026, in the Visitor Center Community Room located at 1001 East Fourth Avenue, Milbank, at 6 p.m., and will consider the issuance of two alcohol licenses to the Milbank Area Chamber of Commerce for the following:
1. Special Liquor License: Cinco de Mayo Fiesta, Lake Farley Park, Saturday, May 2, 2026, 2 – 10 p.m.
2. Special Liquor License: Farley Fest, Lake Farley Park,
June 19, 2026, 4 p.m. – 12 a.m.
June 20, 2026, 10 a.m. – 12 a.m.
NOTICE IS FURTHER GIVEN that any person, persons, or their attorney may appear at said scheduled Public Hearing who is interested in the approval or rejection of said applications.
