NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

APPLICATION FOR SPECIAL MALT BEVERAGE SD WINE LICENSE

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the City Council of the City of Milbank, Grant County, South Dakota, will meet on Monday, April 11, 2022, in the Visitor Center Community Room located at 1001 East Fourth Avenue, Milbank, at 7:00 p.m., and will consider application for the issuance of a special malt beverage and SD wine license to the Milbank Area Chamber of Commerce for the following:

1. Lake Farley Park, Saturday, May 7, 2022, 1:00 pm – 8:00 p.m.

2. Lake Farley Park, Friday, July 29, 2022, 4:00 pm – 11:00 p.m.

3. Lake Farley Park, Saturday, July 30, 2022, 11:00 am – 11:30 p.m.

NOTICE IS FURTHER GIVEN that any person, persons, or their attorney may appear at said scheduled Public Hearing who is interested in the approval or rejection of said application.
