FOR A SPECIAL EVENT

FEBRUARY 16, 17 & 18, 2024

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the City Council in and for the City of Big Stone City, South Dakota, on the Third day of January 2024, at the hour of 5:30 p.m. at the city office building, will meet in regular session to consider a Special event application for an Alcoholic Beverage License (Malt Beverage and On-Sale Liquor) to operate within the municipality for the Fire Department on February 16, 17 & 18, 2024. The following date is in case of inclement weather February 23, 24 & 25, 2024. The following application has been presented to the City Finance Officer and filed in the City Office.

Big Stone City & Rural Fire Dept., E85 1/2 Lots 2, 3 & 4, Block 39, and E 44’ of Lots 5, 6, 7 & 8, ex alley of 8’ of Lot 5 Block 39 & W 10’ of vacated Cornell Street, Consolidated Plat.

Retail Malt Beverage and Retail (On-Sale) Liquor, February 16, 17 & 18, 2024.

NOTICE IS FURTHER GIVEN that any person, persons or their attorney may appear and be heard at said scheduled public hearing who are interested in the approval or rejection of and such application.
