NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

ON APPLICATIONS FOR

SALE OF ON SALE LIQUOR

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the City Council in and for the City of Big Stone City, South Dakota, on the 6th day of April, 2020, at the hour of 7:00 p.m. at the city office building, will meet in regular session to consider the following application for a Retail (on-sale) Liquor Restaurant License;

Big Rock Grill & Casino; E 58’ of Lots 1 & 2, Block 53, Consolidated Plat, retail on-sale Liquor Restaurant License.

NOTICE IS FURTHER GIVEN that any person, persons or their attorney may appear and be heard at said scheduled public hearing who are interested in the approval or rejection of any such application.
