NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING BY THE BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT ON A CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT

Notice is hereby given that a public hearing will be held by the Grant County Board of Adjustment on Tuesday, June 15, 2021 at 4:00 pm in the Grant County Courthouse to consider in full or in part the following Conditional Use Permit request by Brandon Lee, dba Lee’s Guns, 48601 149th St., Big Stone City, SD, 57216, on the following legally described property: LOT 2 LEE SUBDIVISION IN W1/2NW1/4, Section 09 - T120 – R47 of the 5th P.M., (Alban East Township) Grant County, South Dakota :

• A Conditional Use Permit request, CUP04222021, to Section 1209 Extended Home Occupation, others. The applicant is requesting a permit for a Federal Firearms License.

All persons interested therein may appear and be heard before the Board of Adjustment at said hearing or may file written comments at or before noon on Friday, June 11th, 2021 with the Zoning Officer.
