NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING BY THE BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT ON A CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT
Notice is hereby given that a public hearing will be held by the Grant County Board of Adjustment on Monday, February 14th, 2022 at or after 4:00 P.M. in the Grant County Courthouse to consider in full or in part the following Conditional Use Permit request from Chad Henrich on the following legal description: S1/2 SE ¼ of Section 10, Township 121, Range 52 (Blooming Valley Township), Grant County, SD.
• Conditional Use Permit Application CUP01122022, Pursuant to Section 1101.03.4 Conditional Uses within an “A” Agriculture District; Concrete Mixing Plant. The applicant, Chad Henrich, for GCC Consolidated Ready Mix, Inc., is planning to set up a temporary concrete batch plant to meet construction needs of the Blooming Valley dairy expansion project.

No materials will be placed on the website after 5 p.m. on February 11, 2022.
