NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING BY THE BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT ON A CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT
Notice is hereby given that a Public Hearing will be held on April 5, 2021 at 6:00 P.M., by teleconference in the City Offices, to consider in full or in part the following proposed conditional use permit requested by JSW, LLC.
The request, if granted, would permit a Commercial Rental Storage Building and determine Area Regulations for lot area and yard requirements, Chapter 17.13.04 and 17.13.06. The property is identified as Lot 4 B&G Property Subdivision, City of Milbank, Zoned B3, Highway Business District.
All persons interested therein may be heard before the Board of Adjustment at said hearing by
