NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING BY THE BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT

ON A CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT

Notice is hereby given that a Public Hearing will be held on June 5, 2023, at 6:00 p.m., in the City of Milbank Visitor Center, 1001 E 4th Ave, Milbank, SD 57252 to consider in full or in part the following proposed conditional use permit requested by Sokota Property Company, LLC.

The request, if granted, would permit an Apartment with up to 36 units. Chapter 17.10.04. The property is identified as Govt Lot 4 Ex Lots A ,C, D, E, F & G and Blocks 1 – 5 Vista Villa Addn, Ex Lots, City of Milbank, South Dakota, Zoned B3, Highway Business District.

To address the Board of Adjustment, any property owner or their designee in the City of Milbank may notify and provide feedback and any materials to the Zoning Officer by noon on the Friday before the next scheduled meeting of the Board of Adjustment, this allows adequate follow-up time to address received feedback.
