BY THE BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT
ON A CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT
Notice is hereby given that a Public Hearing will be held on July 6, 2026, at 6 p.m. in the City of Milbank Visitor Center, 1001 E. 4th Avenue, Milbank, SD 57252 to consider in full or in part the following proposed conditional use permit requested by Abigail Jankord.
The request, if granted, would permit a home occupation, daycare, Chapter 17.09.04. The property is identified as 903 S. Viola St., HURLEY’S FIRST ADDN LOT 2 BLOCK 3, City of Milbank, South Dakota, Zoned R2, General Residential District.
To address the Board of Adjustment, any property owner or their designee in the City of Milbank may notify and provide feedback and any materials to the Zoning Officer by noon on the Friday before the next scheduled meeting of the Board of Adjustment, this allows adequate follow-up time to address received feedback.
