NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING BY THE BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT ON A CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT

Notice is hereby given that a Public Hearing will be held on February 6, 2023 at 6 p.m. in the City of Milbank Visitor Center, 1001 E 4th Ave, Milbank, SD  57252 to consider in full or in part the following proposed conditional use permit requested by Horizons Properties, LLC.

The request, if granted, would permit offsite constructed and moved-in structures be placed on the property, Chapter 17.13.04. The property is identified as 1203 S. Dakota Street Bohlens 1st Addition Lots 1 & 2, Block 1, City of Milbank, South Dakota, Zoned B-3, Highway Business District.  

To address the Board of Adjustment, any property owner or their designee in the City of Milbank may notify and provide feedback and any materials to the Zoning Officer by noon on the Friday before the next scheduled meeting of the Board of Adjustment, this allows adequate follow-up time to address received feedback.
