NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING BY THE BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT

ON A CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT

Notice is hereby given that a Public Hearing will be held on May 1, 2023 at 6:00 P.M., in the City of Milbank Visitor Center, 1001 E 4th Ave, Milbank, SD 57252 to consider in full or in part the following proposed conditional use permit requested by Jason Sackreiter of Whetstone Sanitation.

The request, if granted, would permit a moved-in structure (12’x24’), Chapter 17.14.04. The property is identified as 802 S Madison St, Milbank Industrial Park Lot 14 (280 x 281.60), City of Milbank, South Dakota, Zoned I1, Light Industrial District.

To address the Board of Adjustment, any property owner or their designee in the City of Milbank may notify and provide feedback and any materials to the Zoning Officer by noon on the Friday before the next scheduled meeting of the Board of Adjustment, this allows adequate follow-up time to address received feedback.
