ADJUSTMENT ON A
CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT
Notice is hereby given that a Public Hearing will be held on March 1, 2021 at 6:00 P.M., by teleconference in the City Offices, to consider in full or in part the following proposed conditional use permit requested by Jacob Ebsen.
The request, if granted, would permit a drive thru coffee shop, Chapter 17.11.04. The property is identified as 214 W 4th Ave, Merritt’s Addition Lot 7 Block 4, City of Milbank, Zoned B-1, Limited Business District.
All persons interested therein may be heard before the Board of Adjustment at said hearing by Joining the Zoom Meeting
