NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING BY THE BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT ON A CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT
Notice is hereby given that a Public Hearing will be held on September 14, 2020 at 5:30 P.M., in the City Offices to consider in full or in part the following proposed conditional use permit requested by Nicole Dunnihoo.
The request, if granted, would permit a home occupation, day care, Chapter 17.08-04. The property is identified as 1010 Adams Drive, Hurley’s Addition Lot 10, Block 10, City of Milbank, Zoned R-1, Single Family Residential District.
