NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING BY THE BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT ON A PROPOSED CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT

Notice is hereby given that a public hearing will be held by the Grant County Board of Adjustment on Tuesday, April 12, 2021 at or after 4:00 P.M. in the Grant County Courthouse to consider in full or in part the following variance request from Doug Wollschlager on the following legal description: S 1/2 OF SEC FRL EX RTY of Section 1, Township 118, Range 48 West of the P.M., Grant County, SD.

• Variance application VAR03122021. A setback variance pursuant to Section 1101.04 calling for a minimum 100 feet front yard setback from the right-of-way where one of 47 feet is being requested for a new addition to his home.

Based on current circumstances surrounding Covid-19, this meeting will be held virtually over a tele-conference platform. All persons interested therein may participate in the hearing. Written comments may be filed by emailing the County Zoning Officer at steve.berkner@grantcountysd.us or by mailing them to the Zoning Officer Auditor at 210 East 5th Avenue, Milbank, SD 57252 on or before noon on April 9, 2021. No materials will be placed on the website after 5 p.m. on April 9, 2021.
