NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

BY THE BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT ON A PROPOSED

CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT

Notice is hereby given that a public hearing will be held by the Grant County Board of Adjustment on Tuesday, March 9, 2021 at or after 4:00 P.M. in the Grant County Courthouse to consider in full or in part the following conditional use permit request from Justin C. Layher on the following legal description: LOT 4, LAYHER RANCH SUBDIVISION IN S1/2 SE1/4 of Section 20-121-48 of Grant County, South Dakota.

• A Conditional Use Permit, Pursuant to Section 1101.03 Conditional Uses within an “A” Agriculture District; Home Extended Business/Occupation - - see section 1209; Welding Repair and/or Blacksmith. The applicant Justin C. Layher is planning to start a welding business.

Based on current circumstances surrounding Covid-19, this meeting will be held virtually over a tele-conference platform. All persons interested therein may participate in the hearing. No materials will be placed on the website after 5 p.m. on March 5, 2021.
