NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING BY THE BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT ON A PROPOSED CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT
Notice is hereby given that a Public Hearing will be held on May 3, 2021 at 6:00 P.M., by teleconference in the City Offices, to consider in full or in part the following proposed conditional use permit requested by HME Management.
The request, if granted, would permit a Senior Living Facility, Chapter 17.08.04. The property is identified as 400 E 10th Avenue, Outlots Lot A3 IN SW1/4 EX LT P-1 & LT 1 KOCH SCHOOL ADDN A PART OF LT P-1 OF LT A-3 (Koch School), City of Milbank, South Dakota, Zoned R1, Single Family Residential District.
All persons interested therein may be heard before the Board of Adjustment at said hearing by
