NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING BY THE BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT ON A PROPOSED VARIANCE

Notice is hereby given that a public hearing will be held by the Grant County Board of Adjustment on Monday, November 8th, 2021 at or after 4:00 P.M. in the Grant County Courthouse to consider in full or in part the following variance request from Chris and Nicole Brehmer on the following legal description: LOT 7 LIEBE'S SUNRISE ACRES SUBDIV IN NW1/4 of Section 10, Township 120, Range 48 West of the P.M., Grant County, SD.

• Variance application VAR10052021. A side yard setback variance pursuant to Section 1101.04.2 requiring a minimum 50-foot side yard setback. The variance, if granted, would allow Mr. and Mrs. Brehmer to construct a new shed 10 feet from the east side yard setback.

Written comments may be filed by emailing the County Zoning Officer at steve.berkner@grantcountysd.us or by mailing them to the Zoning Officer Auditor at 210 East 5th Avenue, Milbank, SD 57252 on or before noon on November 5, 2021. No materials will be placed on the website after 5 p.m. on November 5, 2021.
