NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING BY THE BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT ON A PROPOSED VARIANCE • Kayla Teske

Notice is hereby given that a Public Hearing will be held on January 3, 2021, at 5:30 p.m. in the City Council Chambers to consider in full or in part the following proposed variance:

Application by Kayla Teske at 306 Mitchell Ave, for a variance of the Zoning Ordinance of the City of Big Stone City, for the construction of a home requesting a 5-foot variance on the north side of the property on Jayne Street and a 10-foot variance off the property line on Mitchell Ave.   

All persons interested therein may appear and be heard before the Board of Adjustment at said hearing or may file written comments with the City Finance Officer, 400 Washington Street, PO Box 246, Big Stone City, prior to said hearing.
