NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING BY THE BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT ON A PROPOSED VARIANCE
Notice is hereby given that a Public Hearing will be held on June 1, 2026 at 5:30 p.m. in the Big Stone City Community Room to consider in full or in part the following proposed variance:
Application by Sue Cantine at 405 High Street, for a variance of the Zoning Ordinance of the City of Big Stone City, for the construction of a garage addition requesting a variance for 20 feet on West side yards of property Tenny Martell’s Addition Lot 2, Block 14, Lots 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8 and 9, 1/2 vacated Block 14.
All persons interested therein may appear and be heard before the Board of Adjustment at said hearing or may file written comments with the City Finance Officer, 400 Washington Street, PO Box 246, Big Stone City, SD 57216
