NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING OF THE CITY COUNCIL ON

ORDINANCE 851, AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE 842, AN ORDINANCE ESTABLISHING

ZONING REGULATIONS FOR THE CITY OF MILBANK, SOUTH DAKOTA, AND PROVIDING FOR THE ADMINISTRATION, ENFORCEMENT, AND AMENDMENT THEREOF, IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE

PROVISIONS OF SDCL CHAPTER 11, AND AMENDMENTS THEREOF, AND FOR THE REPEAL OF ALL

ORDINANCES IN

CONFLICT HEREWITH

The Milbank City Council will hold a public hearing on Monday, March 11, 2024 at 7 p.m. at the City of Milbank City Office. Any interested person may attend and comment on proposed Ordinance 851, an Ordinance Amending Ordinance 842, An Ordinance Establishing Zoning Regulations for the City of Milbank, as amended. All persons interested in this matter may attend and be heard before the City Council during said hearing. The City Council will have the first reading of proposed Ordinance 851. The proposed zoning amendment is available for public inspection at the City of Milbank City Office (Planning and Zoning Department) during regular business hours. (Pursuant to SDCL Chapter 11 and amendments thereto.)
