BY THE DRAINAGE BOARD

DRAINAGE PERMIT

 

 

Notice is hereby given that a Public Hearing will be held on Tuesday, September 7, 2021, at 8 a.m. at the Grant County Courthouse to consider a Drainage Permit that is an addition to an already permitted drainage design. The request, if granted, would control erosion. 

1. Permit DR2021-21 for Gerald Bury, 15011 482nd Ave, Milbank, SD, 57252, and Bert Loehrer, 48304 152nd Street, Milbank, SD, 57252, for owned by;

   A. GERALD AND NICOLE BURY REV LIVING TRUST, 15011 482nd Street, Milbank, SD, 57252, located in the NW1/4 EX LOT 1 SHIVES SUBDIV, Section 22, Township 120, Range 48, West of the 5th Principal Meridian, Grant County, South Dakota. (Alban West Township)

   B. BERT LOEHRER REV LIVING TRUST, 48304 152nd Street, Milbank, SD, 57252, located in the NE1/4 EX S 30 RODS OF E 40 RODS OF SE1/4NE1/4 &10 RDS ON N BOUNDARY OF, Section 21, Township 120, Range 48, West of the 5th Principal Meridian, Grant County, South Dakota. (Alban West Township)

All persons interested therein may appear and be heard before the Drainage Board at said hearing or may file written comments with the Planning & Zoning Officer, Acting as Drainage Administrator, 210 E 5th Ave, Milbank, SD 57252 prior to said hearing.
