Notice is hereby given that a Public Hearing will be held on Tuesday, July 18th, 2023 at 8:00 a.m. at the Grant County Courthouse to consider a Drainage Permit. The request, if granted, would, control erosion.

  Permit DR2023-17 for Adam Hunt, of 48357 154th St., Milbank, 57252, for property owned by Adam & Jennifer Hunt, and Austin & Cydney Hunt, 1014 Adams Dr., Milbank, SD, 57252, for land located within the NE1/4 of Section 25, Township 120, Range 50 West of the 5th Principal Meridian, Grant County, South Dakota.   Permits DR2023-26, DR2023-27, DR2023-28, DR2023-29 and DR2023-34 for Grant Street, 16247 486th Ave, Revillo, SD, 57259, for property owned by Steve and Gail Street Living Trust, 1014 7th St., Milbank, SD, 57252, and for adjacent properties owned Lohr Family Ltd. Liability Partnership, 5800 S Prairie View Ct., Sioux Falls, SD  57108. All property located within Section 11, Township 118, Range 48, West of the 5th Principal Meridian, Grant County, South Dakota.   All persons interested therein may appear and be heard before the Drainage Board at said hearing or may file written comments with the Planning & Zoning Officer, Acting as Drainage Administrator, 210 E 5th Ave, Milbank, SD 57252 prior to said hearing.
