NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING BY THE DRAINAGE BOARD ON A

PROPOSED DRAINAGE PERMIT

Notice is hereby given that a Public Hearing will be held on Tuesday, December 19, 2023, at 8:00 a.m. at the Grant County Courthouse to consider a Drainage Permit. The request, if granted, would control erosion.

Permit DR2023-78 for Jay Mertens, of 15197 477th Ave, Milbank, SD, 57252; for property owned by Kevin & Debra Pederson, of 47533 155th St., Milbank, SD, 57252, and located the E1/2NW1/4 INCL LT 1 PEDERSON SUBDIVISION & E1/2SW1/4 of Section 10, Township 119, Range 49, West of the 5th Principal Meridian, Grant County, South Dakota. (Madison Township).

All persons interested therein may appear and be heard before the Drainage Board at said hearing or may file written comments with the Planning & Zoning Officer, Acting as Drainage Administrator, by 3:00 p.m., Friday December 15, at 210 E 5th Ave, Milbank, SD 57252 prior to said hearing.
