BY THE GRANT COUNTY

DRAINAGE BOARD ON PROPOSED DRAINAGE PERMITS

Notice is hereby given that Public Hearings will be held on Tuesday, April 4th, 2023, at 8:00 a.m. at the Grant County Courthouse to consider the following Drainage Permits. The drainage permit requests, if granted, would control erosion.

Permit DR2023-09 for Doug Barlund, of 15642 SD Hwy 15, Milbank, SD, 57252, for property owned by Doug and Gail Barlund (same) and located within the NW1/4 of Section 18, Township 119, Range 48 West of the 5th Principal Meridian, Grant County, South Dakota. (Vernon West Township)

Permit DR2023-10 for Doug Barlund, of 15642 SD Hwy 15, Milbank, SD, 57252, for property owned by Doug and Gail Barlund (same) and located within the SW1/4 of Section 18, Township 119, Range 48 West of the 5th Principal Meridian, Grant County, South Dakota. (Vernon West Township)

All persons interested therein may appear and be heard before the Drainage Board at said hearing or may file written comments with the Planning & Zoning Officer, Acting as Drainage Administrator, 210 E 5th Ave, Milbank, SD 57252 prior to said hearing.
