ORDINANCE 2023-01,

AN ORDINANCE AMENDING

ORDINANCE 252,

AN ORDINANCE ESTABLISHING

ZONING REGULATIONS FOR THE

CITY OF BIG STONE CITY,

SOUTH DAKOTA

The Big Stone City Planning Commission and City Council will hold a public hearing on Thursday, December 28, 2023 at 5:30 p.m. at the City of Big Stone City – Community Center. Any interested person may attend and comment on proposed Ordinance 2023-01 An Ordinance Amending Ordinance 252, An Ordinance Establishing Zoning Regulations for the City of Big Stone City, as amended. All persons interested in this matter may attend and be heard before the Planning Commission and City Council during said hearing. The Planning Commission may recommend denial or approval of Ordinance 2023-01, with or without amendment. Further, the City Council will have the first reading of Ordinance 2023-01. The proposed zoning ordinance and map will be made available for public inspection. The proposed Zoning Ordinance and Zoning Map are available for public inspection at the City of Big Stone City - City Office, 400 Washington Street, Suite 102, Big Stone City, South Dakota during regular business hours. (Pursuant to SDCL Section 11-4 and 11-6 and amendments thereto.)
