NOTICE OF SECOND READING ON PROPOSED CHANGE OF ZONING ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF BIG STONE CITY
Notice is hereby given, that the City Council of the City of Big Stone City, South Dakota, at a regular meeting held on fifth day of October, 2026, held the required public hearing and placed upon its first reading Ordinances 2026-04 and have scheduled Monday, November 2, 2026, at 5:30 p.m. as the date and time of the second reading of said Ordinance.

AN ORDINANCE ENTITLED, an ordinance to amend Section XV adopted by Ordinance 2026-04, October 5, 2026, as amended, of the Zoning Ordinance of the City of Big Stone City.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY OF BIG STONE CITY, SOUTH DAKOTA: that Section XV adopted by Ordinance 2026-04, October 5, 2026 as amended, of the Zoning Ordinance of the City of Big Stone be amended to classify the following property:
TO Central Commercial Property from Residential Consolidated Plat Lots 17 – 20 and half of a vacated Alley, Block 70.
