NOTICE OF SPECIAL PUBLIC HEARING BY THE BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT ON A CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT
Notice is hereby given that a Special Public Hearing will be held on Monday, May 11, at 5 p.m., in the City of Milbank Visitor Center, 1001 E. 4th Ave., Milbank, SD 57252 to consider in full or in part the following proposed conditional use permit requested by Jacob Johnson.
The request, if granted, would permit an Automobile Dealership on the property identified as 407 W. 4th Ave., WEST END ADDITION LOTS 8-11 W 5' OF LOT 12 BLOCK 12, Parcel: 26.22.12.12, City of Milbank, South Dakota, Zoned 8-1, Limited Business District.
To address the Board of Adjustment, any property owner or their designee in the City of Milbank may notify and provide feedback and any materials to the Zoning Officer by noon on the Friday before the next scheduled meeting of the Board of Adjustment, this allows adequate follow-up time to address received feedback.
