NOTICE

Notice is hereby given that a Public Hearing will be held on September 13, 2021 at 6:00 P.M., in the City Offices, 1001 E 4th Ave, Milbank, SD 57252 to consider in full or in part the following proposed variance requested by Randy Dockter.

The request, if granted, would permit an addition to the detached garage extending into the required setbacks 17.24.01. The property is identified as 913 South 7th Street, Hurley 1st Addition Block 2 Lot 7, City of Milbank, South Dakota, Zoned R2, General Residential District.

All persons interested therein may be heard before the Board of Adjustment at said hearing by or prior to said hearing, you may email comments to cityadministrator@milbanksd.com, or may file written comments through the City Administrator at, 1001 E 4th Ave, Suite 301, Milbank South Dakota.
