Upon consideration of the petition for formal appointment of personal representative in intestacy, and determination, the Court finds:

1. The required notice has been given or waived, venue in this county is proper, and these proceedings were commenced within the time prescribed by SDCL 29A3-108.

2. Decedent died on July 22, 2019.

3. The decedent was domiciled at the time of death in Grant County, South Dakota.

4. The decedent died intestate.

5. Bambi Whitcomb is entitled to appointment as personal representative.

6. The heirs of the decedent are determined to be: Bambi Whitcomb, Tamra Lyons-Phillips, Lee Harrison, Roger Hanson and Pete Hanson. The addresses and whereabouts of Roger Hanson and Pete Hanson, the decedent’s children, are unknown to the affiant and other family members and they  have been unable to locate said siblings.

IT IS ORDERED:

A. The findings are made a part of this order.

B. The heirs of the decedent are those listed above.

C. Bambi Whitcomb is formally appointed as personal representative of the decedent’s estate, and letters shall be issued to the personal representative to serve without bond.
