AN ORDINANCE ENTITLED,
AN ORDINANCE TO AMEND
ORDINANCE 1997-1, AS AMENDED, OF THE DRAINAGE ORDINANCE
OF GRANT COUNTY
The Grant County Board of Commissioners will hold a public hearing on Tuesday, March 17, 2026, at 9 a.m. The public hearing is to be held in the Grant County Courthouse Commissioner Room, located at 210 E. 5th Avenue, Milbank, SD. The public hearing will be held to make comments on proposed amendments to Ordinance 1997-1F, as amended. All interested people are encouraged to attend the public hearing in person and comment on the proposed Ordinance 1997-1G. After the public hearing the board will vote to accept or reject with or without amendments. The proposed Ordinance 1997-1G will be made available for public inspection at the Grant County Administrator’s Office located at 210 E. 5th Avenue, Milbank, SD, and on-line at:
Written comments may be filed by mailing them to the County Administration at 210 E 5th Avenue, Milbank, SD 57252 on or before noon on Thursday, March 12, 2026.
