ORDINANCE #847

AN ORDINANCE ENTITLED, an ordinance to amend Section 17.03.01 of the Zoning Ordinance of the City of Milbank.

Be it ordained by the City Council of the City of Milbank, South Dakota that Section 17.03.01 of the Milbank Municipal Code, be amended by Ordinance 847, to classify the following property: Hunt Addition Block 2 W 858.21’ x 652.73’ (east of Fair Street, north of Fairgrounds Addition) to the City of Milbank to R2 (General Residential District) from A (Agricultural District).
