ORDINANCE NO. 2021-06
AN ORDINANCE ENTITLED, an ordinance to provide a fee for Electric Meter Socket connection and Disconnection fees.
Be it ordained by the City Council of the City of Big Stone City, South Dakota, that the Municipal Code for the City of Big Stone City be amended to provide a fee for Electrical Meter Socket Connection and Disconnection.
Property owners in the City of Big Stone City, South Dakota, requesting electrical meter socket connection and disconnect will be charged a fee of $20.00 for each disconnection service and a fee of $20.00 for each reconnection service each time the electric meter is installed or removed.
All ordinances and parts of ordinances in conflict herewith are hereby repealed insofar as the conflicting portions thereof are concerned.
