AN ORDINANCE AMENDING

ORDINANCE 1997-1C

DRAINAGE ORDINANCE OF

GRANT COUNTY BY REVISING

THE PERMIT APPLICATION FEE FOR GRANT COUNTY 

The Grant County Commissioners will hold a public hearing on December 6, 2022, at 8:15 a.m. in the Commissioner’s meeting room located in the Community Room in the Grant County Courthouse.  

All interested people are encouraged to attend and comment on Ordinance 1997-1E, an ordinance amending the $100 permit fee to $100 for each real estate parcel in the drainage project.

The County Commissioners will have the second reading to amend Ordinance 1997-1C at the public hearing. The proposed amended ordinance will be made available for public inspection online at the Grant County website at www.grantcounty.sd.gov or by contacting the Grant County Auditor or the Grant County Planning and Zoning Officer at the Grant County Courthouse during regular business hours. (Pursuant to Section 46A-10A-20 and 46A-10A-30 and amendments thereto.)

Notice is further given that any person(s) may appear to present testimony at said scheduled public hearing or may file written comments with the Auditor at 210 E 5th Ave., Milbank, SD 57252, on or before noon on December 2, 2022.
