Cellco Partnership and its controlled affiliates doing business as Verizon Wireless is proposing to remove nine (9) telecommunications antennas and install twelve (12) telecommunications antennas on an existing building located at 107 Flynn Drive in Milbank, Grant County, South Dakota (lat/long 45 deg 13 min 18.54 sec N, 96 deg 37 min 1.69 sec W). The building height is 115 feet above grade surface (AGS) and the overall antenna height will be 140 feet AGS.
