A hearing will be held by the Roberts County Planning and Zoning Commission in the Commissioners’ Room at the Roberts County Courthouse at 8:30 a.m. on Tuesday, February 17, 2026.
To consider a request for a VARIANCE from the zoning ordinance.
The request is made by Milt Stengel, Trustee of Stengel Family Trust of 1997.
For the purpose of: Demolishing or moving the existing cabin and building a new cabin on the existing foundation. The new cabin will not meet the new minimum setback requirements that have been adopted.
Legal Description: Lot 7 of Block 18, Hartford Beach, Geneseo Township
