A Conditional Use Permit hearing will be held by the Roberts County Board of Adjustment in the Commissioners Room at the Roberts County Courthouse at 8:45 a.m. on Tuesday February 3, 2026 to consider Conditional Use from the Zoning Ordinance.

For the purpose of: Expansion of Roberts County Landfill to Adjoining Parcel
Legal Description: TAX EXEMPT NW4 EXC SEC 8-125-50 EASTER TOWNSHIP (FUTURE LANDFILL EXPANSION)
