SEALED BIDS
The Summit School District will accept sealed bids for snow removal at the Summit School District business office for the 2020 – 2021 school year. Sealed bids will be accepted until noon on Tuesday, October 13, 2020. Snow removal will need to be completed 1 hour prior to the start of the school day in all parking areas and sidewalks, bidder will provide own equipment.
Sealed bids may be dropped off in the Business Manager’s office at the Summit School, or by mailing to the Summit School District, Attention: Kaitlyn Christofferson, PO Box 791, Summit SD 57266. Please write SEALED SNOW BID in the bottom left-hand corner of the sealed envelope. The bid will be on a dollar amount per hour for snow removal, must list equipment to be used, per hour amount for each piece of equipment, and must specify bid for clearing parking areas, sidewalk, playground, and or snow removal from site. Bids will be opened at 6:05 p.m. on Wednesday, October 14, 2020 in the Library at the Summit School.
The Summit School Board reserves the right to reject any and all bids.
