Special Olympics Needs Volunteers
Organizers of the Special Olympics Track and Field contest will be meeting on Thursday, April, 24 at 6 p.m., in the Milbank Middle School and High School lunchroom, for those who are interested with helping with the games, Friday, May 2.
Opening ceremonies will begin at 8:30 a.m. and the day will end around 4 p.m.
The organizers of the Special Olympics Track and Field are looking for volunteers to measure, retrieve shot put balls, timers, ribbon writers, guide athletes to where they need to go, recorders, starters and servers of food.
