Student Council Gives Back
MILBANK’S MIDDLE SCHOOL STUDENT COUNCIL along with students in the middle school staged their annual penny wars. With a goal of $1,300, the students surpassed that raising more than $1,800. The money was used to buy presents for local angel tree children as well as clothing for students in the school. The overall winner was Mrs. Holland’s seventh grade class. “As an advisor, I am so proud of the kids and how they always come together for such a great cause – making sure that every kid has a good Christmas,” said Heidi Wellnitz.
