Students, Public Invited to See You at the Pole Event
A group of Milbank School District students are planning a See You at the Pole gathering on Wednesday, September 24, at 7:45 a.m.
There will be a gathering at the flag pole in front of Milbank Elementary School for the elementary students and staff. The middle school and high school students and staff will gather at the flag pole in front of the high school building.
Parents and community members are welcome to join in the gatherings.
See You at the Pole is a global movement of prayer led by students. The concept revolves around students praying together on the fourth Wednesday in September, usually before school and typically at the school’s flagpole. It involves students in elementary through colleges ages across the globe.
The youth planning group at the public schools includes Kai Waddell, Tate Pew, Tannen Schmieg, Brody Ninneman, Timbree Spors, Lennox Spors, Brielle Bumgardner, Brynna Bumgardner, Tabitha McFaden, Liam Grabow and Caden Schmieg.
