YOU ARE HEREBY SUMMONED and required to answer the complaint of the Plaintiff which was filed in the office of the clerk of this court, at Milbank, Grant County, South Dakota, on the 28th day of April, 2020, and which prays for a judgment determining all interests in and liens against the premises described in the complaint, situate in said county, to-wit:

SOUTH DAKOTA,
and to serve a copy of your answer to said complaint on the undersigned at his office at 232 South Main Street, P.O. Box 66, Milbank, SD 57252-0066, within thirty (30) days after the completed service of this summons upon you, exclusive of the day of service; and if you fail to answer said complaint within that time, the plaintiff will apply to the court for the relief demanded in the complaint.
