PAYSEN UNDER THE DECLARATION OF TRUST AS TRUSTEES OF A JOINT TRUST DATED NOVEMBER 16, 1987, AND THEIR HEIRS, DEVISEES, LEGATEES, EXECUTORS, ADMINISTRATORS, PERSONAL REPRESENTATIVES AND CREDITORS; HONEYVILLE INCORPORATED, AND ITS SUCCESSORS AND ASSIGNS; AND ALL PERSONS OR ENTITIES UNKNOWN WHO HAVE OR MAY CLAIM TO HAVE ANY INTEREST OR ESTATE IN OR LIEN OR ENCUMBRANCE UPON THE PREMISES DESCRIBED IN THE COMPLAINT,

THE STATE OF SOUTH DAKOTA SENDS GREETINGS TO THE ABOVE-NAMED DEFENDANTS:
You are hereby summoned and required to answer the Complaint of the Plaintiffs in the above entitled action, which was filed in the Office of the Clerk of Courts in the above entitled court in the city of Milbank, county of Grant and State of South Dakota, on the 3rd day of January, 2020, and which prays for a Judgment quieting the title to and the determination of all adverse claims against the premises described in the Complaint, situate in said Grant, County, to wit:
Lots 3 and 4, of the Plat of Lots 1, 2,
3 and 4 of Boulay and Rufer
Addition, Town of Strandburg, Grant
County, South Dakota; and Lot 1 of
Mitchell Rufer Addition, located in
Outlot F in NW ¼ of Section 7,
Township One Hundred Eighteen
North, Range 49 West of the 5th P.M.,
Grant County, South Dakota.
and to serve a copy of your Answer to the said Complaint on the undersigned at their office, the post office address of which is 210 E. 5th Ave., Milbank, SD 57252, within thirty (30) days after the completed service of this Summons upon you, exclusive of the day of such service, and in case of your failure to answer the said Complaint within that time, the Plaintiffs will apply to the Court for the relief demanded in the Complaint.
