April 4, 2022

Meeting called to order at 5:30 P.M.

Board Members Present: Rodney, Nicole, Travis

Others Present: Tom, Stacy

Minutes of March meeting read, no additions or corrections. Motion to accept March minutes by Nicole, 2nd by Rodney. 

Old Business:  

Discussion regarding obtaining a City Attorney, research to on-going.

Some maintenance needed to pump house. Someone is planning to complete the work.

Discussion regarding water concerns with snow melt at Bob’s. No updates at this time.

No other old business.

New Business: 

Travis will investigate teardown and disposal of old pumphouse for next meeting.

A 30-day notice will be sent May 1, 2022 to property owners regarding clean-up of abandoned property and/or property in need of repairs. 

No other new business.

Bills: Otter Tail: TBD; Grant Co Review: $25.53; SD DOH: $30; CNA Surety: $225.00; Chuck: $92.35; April: $323.22 - Motion to pay bills by Nicole; 2nd by Rodney. 

Motion to adjourn by Rodney, with 2nd by Nicole.
