Meeting called to order at 5:30 P.M.
Board Members Present: Rodney, Nicole
Others Present: Tom
Minutes of February meeting read; no additions or corrections. Motion to accept February minutes by Nicole, 2nd by Rodney.
Old Business:
Discussion on town ordinances continued; Board Members and April will continue researching.
Discussion regarding obtaining a City Attorney; research to on-going.
Some maintenance needed to pump house; someone planning to complete the work.
Discussion regarding water concerns with snow melt at Bob’s; no updates at this time.
Payment box was placed on the town hall for monthly bills- Please use this box or mail your payment.
No other old business.
New Business:
Discussion presented by Tom regarding chip sealing of Minnesota Street – discussion tabled at this time. Discussion regarding Main Street road maintenance.
Nicole made a motion to adopt Rural Water, pay the $500 deposit, and earmark the $3,500 for the installation; 2nd by Rodney.
Equalization meeting to be held Monday, March 21, at 5:30.
No other new business.
Bills: Otter Tail: TBD; Grant Co Review: $29.97; SD DOH: $30; Chuck: $92.35; April: $323.22. Motion to pay bills by Nicole; 2nd by Rodney.
