April 13, 2026
Meeting called to order at 7:30 p.m. Board Members Present: Travis, Rodney. Others Present: Tom, Joan, Stacy.
Minutes of March meeting read; no additions or corrections. Motion to accept March minutes by Travis, 2nd by Rodney.
Old Business:
Town Hall rental is FREE WILL offering. Contact April or a Board member for rental.
Grant-Roberts Rural Water project updates: The project bids came in below the original estimate but additional boaring will be considered.
No other old business.
New Business:
Spring cleanup and maintenance needed in the park. Board will look into options and repairs.
Discussion regarding streetlights- two that are not working properly. April will contact Otter Tail.
No other new business.
Bills: Otter Tail: $176.38, $100.22, $148.30; Grant County Review: $18.81; SD DOH: $40.00; Whetstone Sanitation: $189.64; Chuck: $92.35; April: $323.22; All April bills to be paid, then reported at next meeting- Motion to pay bills by Rodney; 2nd by Travis.
Motion to adjourn by Travis with 2nd by Rodney. Next meeting: Monday May 4th at 7:30 p.m.
