Meeting called to order at 7:30 p.m. Board Members Present: Travis, Rodney

Town of Marvin May 4, 2026
Minutes of April meeting read; no additions or corrections. Motion to accept April minutes by Rodney, 2nd by Travis.
Old Business:
Grant-Roberts Rural Water project updates: Pre construction meeting completed. Construction in Marvin expected to begin mid-June. Possibility of exploratory digging to begin sooner. Upon project completion, each household will be an individual customer of Grant-Roberts Rural Water with monthly statements to be sent on/around the 15th of each month. Quarterly magazines will also be sent by GRRW with updates. Brett will be stopping by individual homes to complete membership signups prior to water being turned on.
Otter Tail was contacted regarding streetlights – unknown at time of meeting whether issue is resolved.
Spring cleanup and maintenance needed in the park- has been scheduled. No other old business.
New Business: No new business.
Bills: Otter Tail: $132.25, $98.50, $179.54; Grant County Review: $14.36; Whetstone Sanitation: $189.64; CNA Surety: $225.00; IRS: $206.58; Chuck: $92.35; April: $323.22; All May bills to be paid, then reported at next meeting- Motion to pay bills by Rodney; 2nd by Travis.
Motion to adjourn by Travis with 2nd by Rodney. Next meeting: Monday June 1st at 7:30 p.m.
