Meeting called to order at 8 p.m. Board Members Present: Travis, Rodney. Others Present: Tom, Bob, Velna, Colleen.
Minutes of February meeting read; no additions or corrections. Motion to accept February minutes by Travis, 2nd by Rodney.
Old Business:
Town Hall rental is FREE-WILL offering. Contact April or a Board member for rental.
Grant Roberts Rural Water project updates: The project will open for bids March 5th, 2026. No other old business.
New Business:
Discussion regarding Tax Call for 2026; Motion made to approve proposed 2.5% increase (with anticipated 2% growth) by Travis, 2nd by Rodney. Tax call for 2026: $9,754, and any additional dollars available due to growth.
No other new business.
Bills: Otter Tail: $201.56, 106.58, 146.53; Grant County Review: $40.40; SD DOH: $17.00; Whetstone Sanitation: $189.64; Chuck: $92.35; April: $323.22; All March bills to be paid, then reported at next meeting- Motion to pay bills by Rodney; 2nd by Travis.
Motion to adjourn by Travis with 2nd by Rodney Next meeting: Monday, April 13, at 7:30 p.m.
