The regular meeting for Town of Revillo was called to order at 7:20 p.m. on January 8, 2024 with the following present: Wayne Erickson, Amber Seidell, Bob Adler, Donna Johnson and Tyrel Seidell.
The agenda was adopted.
The minutes and financial statements were approved. Claims list was approved.

Items of discussion included: update/amend floodplain ordinances, update on sewer problem, lots for sale, new owners-bar, salaries, wages & meeting pay, depositories, official newspaper, lagoon inspection changes, election notice, light contest winners, donation.
The first reading of the floodplain ordinance (Comprehensive regulations requested by FEMA) was held. Second reading will be held at the February meeting with anticipated approval.
Motion was made, seconded and passed to keep the wages, salaries & meeting pay the same and as follows: Hourly $16/hour; F. O. salary $500/month; Mtgs $75 - $35 if absent.
Motion was made, seconded and passed to designate official depositories for town funds as follows: Wells Fargo, SD FIT, Prairie Sun Bank.
Motion was made, seconded and passed to designate Grant County Review as the official newspaper.
Light contest winners were: 1st-Donna Erickson; 2nd-Hlavacek’s; 3rd-Andresen’s. Thank you to those that decorated your yards.
Thank you to Shelly from Watering Can for the $500 donation to Christmas lights. Thank you also to all the volunteers that put the lights up, took them down and also replaced the hundreds of bulbs needed.
Meeting was adjourned at 7:48 p.m. Next meeting is set for February 12, 2024 at 7 p.m.
