The regular meeting for Town of Revillo was called to order at 7:07 p.m. on July 10th, 2023 with the following present: Wayne Erickson, Bob Adler, Amber Schell, Joey Seidell and Donna Johnson.

The agenda was adopted.

The minutes and financial statements were approved. Claims list was approved.

GENERAL: Beginning Balance, $138,851.18. Receipts – RE Taxes 2,273.28; Sales tax 4,063.26; License 300.00; Interest 180.86. Total Receipts 6,817.40. Total Cash 145,668.58.

Disbursements (14,179.30); Ending Balance $131,489.28.

SEWER: Beginning Balance, $29,702.87. Interest 1.11. Total Receipts 1.11. Total Cash 29,703.98.

Items of discussion included: safety concerns in town, building permits, cleanup, sewer problem by apartments, Firemen’s events July 22nd & August 5th, garbage cans for park & outside CC, and setbacks.

Building permit submitted by Sioux Valley Coop for propane tank in connection with the new bin was approved by motion, second and passed.

To all residents of Revillo – please keep vehicles, etc away from streets and alleys. Snow removal will be a problem this winter if these items are not moved back from streets and alleys.

Meeting was adjourned at 8:30 p.m. Next meeting is set for August 14th, 2023 at 7pm.
